Return and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality automotive and marine spare parts. If you have any concerns regarding your received items, our after-sales support team is here to assist you.

1. Warranty Policy

We stand behind the precision and durability of our manufacturing. We offer the following standard warranty support against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions:

• Fuel Injectors and Core Components: 6 months warranty.
• Consumables and Wear Parts: 3 months warranty.

During the warranty period, if an item fails due to a non-artificial manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or repair service free of charge.

2. Return Window & Conditions

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:

• Uninstalled and Unused: Due to the highly technical nature of automotive and diesel engine components, returned injectors and parts must be brand new, never installed in a vehicle or equipment, and must not have come into contact with any fuel. Items showing signs of installation or use cannot be resold and are ineligible for returns (except for confirmed manufacturing defects).
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original factory packaging, including protective caps and all included accessories.

3. Model Matching (VIN & OEM Codes)

To prevent losses caused by incompatible parts, we strongly advise providing your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) code via our messaging system prior to placing an order.

• If you purchase without verifying the VIN/OEM code with us and the part does not fit, the buyer is responsible for all international return shipping costs.
• If we verify and confirm the model fitment beforehand, but you receive an incompatible part, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
