Standard Warranty Policy
At Injector Factory, we stand behind the quality and precision of our manufacturing. All our automotive and marine fuel injection components are subjected to rigorous factory testing before shipment to ensure optimal performance.
1. Warranty Coverage & Period We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The standard warranty periods are strictly defined as follows, calculated from the date of the bill of lading (B/L) or delivery:
- 6-Month Warranty: Applicable to standard complete fuel injector assemblies and select high-precision injection systems.
- 3-Month Warranty: Applicable to specific consumable spare parts, individual nozzles, and control valves.
2. Warranty Conditions This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of the defective part(s). To maintain the validity of this warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- Professional Installation: The products must be installed, calibrated, and tested by certified diesel mechanics or professional technicians. Damage caused by improper installation, lack of lubrication, or contamination (e.g., water, dirt, or debris in the fuel system) will instantly void the warranty.
- Exact OEM Matching: Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility using exact OEM numbers or VIN codes prior to purchase. We are not liable for damage resulting from the installation of mismatched parts.
- No Tampering: Any unauthorized disassembly, modification, or alteration of the products will void this warranty.
3. Claim Process If a defect arises within the warranty period, the buyer must submit a formal claim including:
- The original order number and detailed description of the failure.
- Clear diagnostic reports from a professional test bench.
- Photos or videos (strictly without digital alterations) showing the defect.
Approved claims will be resolved via the dispatch of replacement parts in the subsequent order or a proportionate credit refund, at our sole discretion. We do not cover any associated labor costs, towing, downtime, or secondary damages.
