Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our factory in Zhoukou, Henan, China.

We ship worldwide via international express and freight forwarders. Tracking is provided for every order.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method; you will receive an estimated timeframe with your quotation or order confirmation.

Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Returns & Warranty

6-month warranty on core fuel injectors and 3-month warranty on wear parts, covering manufacturing defects.

If you receive a wrong or defective part: contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a short video of the issue. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

To avoid fitment errors, we strongly recommend sending your VIN or OEM part number for free verification before you order.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the error is ours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 7 business days after the returned goods pass inspection.

Custom, made-to-order and confirmed bulk/B2B orders cannot be cancelled or returned without a confirmed quality issue.
