  1. Thoroughly clean the cylinder head injector well. Install the injector with a new original 1.5 mm copper crush washer. Finger-tighten the hold-down clamp bolt to allow radial self-centering.

  2. Insert the high-pressure connector tube into the lateral port until firmly seated against the injector cone. Torque the connector tube retaining nut to 50–55 N·m first.
